Welcome to Andy Cline Art. By visiting or making a purchase on this website, you agree to the following terms. These terms are designed to protect both you as a collector and the artist as the creator and owner of all artworks presented here.

1. Overview

This website, andycline.art, is owned and operated by Andy Cline. Throughout these terms, “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Andy Cline Art. By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence and that you agree to comply with all local laws regarding online commerce.

2. Artwork & Product Information

All artworks, prints, and images displayed on this site are the intellectual property of Andy Cline unless otherwise stated. Colors and details may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Limited-edition prints are produced through Printful and shipped directly from their facilities. Original artworks are shipped directly by the artist and may vary slightly in framing, texture, or tone due to their handmade nature.

We reserve the right to modify, remove, or update artworks, product listings, and prices at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are processed securely through WooCommerce using trusted payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or other supported gateways. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted. Taxes are applied according to your billing or shipping address, depending on local requirements.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing, or stock errors are detected.

4. Shipping & Fulfillment

Original artworks are shipped directly by the artist from the United States. Packaging is handled with archival and protective materials suitable for fine art.
Prints are produced and shipped by Printful, which determines rates and delivery times based on your region.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier; estimates are provided at checkout. Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales of original artworks are final, except in cases of damage during shipping. If an artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork so that we can assess the situation and offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Print orders fulfilled by Printful follow Printful’s return and replacement policies for misprints or defects.

Please note: minor color variations or texture differences do not constitute defects.

6. Intellectual Property

All images, text, and designs on this site are protected by copyright law. No artwork, photograph, or copy may be reproduced, resold, or distributed without prior written permission from Andy Cline. Purchase of an original or print does not transfer copyright ownership or reproduction rights.

Collectors may display purchased works privately but may not reproduce them in print or digital media for commercial use.

7. Collector’s Club / Member Access

From time to time we may offer a Collector’s Club or similar members-only experience on this site. The purpose of the Club is to give committed collectors earlier or deeper access to new work, notes on process, or special offers on prints or original works.

Eligibility & Accounts. Access may require creating an account on the website. We reserve the right to approve, limit, or remove access at our discretion (for example, in cases of abuse, non-payment, or suspected fraud).
Nature of Benefits. Any benefits described — such as early viewing of new works, invitations, special pricing, or access to originals — are promotional and not guaranteed. We may change, pause, or discontinue specific benefits at any time without prior notice.
No Transfer of Rights. Membership in the Collector’s Club does not grant any copyright, licensing, or reproduction rights to the member. All works remain the intellectual property of the artist.
Pricing & Availability. Club access does not lock in pricing. We may adjust prices or editions at any time. Availability of specific works is always on a first-come, first-served basis.
Communication. By joining the Collector’s Club, you agree to receive emails related to member content, releases, or site updates. You can unsubscribe at any time; unsubscribing may limit your ability to receive early-access notices.
Misuse. Sharing private pages, download links, or password-protected content with non-members is prohibited. We may terminate access immediately if we detect sharing or scraping of member content.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important. All personal information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to ensure the security and reliability of this website, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from products purchased herein.

We may update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the website after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
