In collaboration with my daughter, who began contributing experimental brush strokes to loose bits of canvas years ago, her contributions in this painting are freshly naive and embedded in brush strokes, flower, and plant motifs, and a little Jonathan Lasker-style abstraction. Mine is the overall composition, the weird biomorphic hungry ghost dominating the middle, the hungry clouds, the hills in front, and the general (misguided logic) of the painting
